What currencies are the prices in?
We are so happy to be a part of so many International Weddings and hope to be a part of yours. Wedding Prep Gals is a USA based company located in Sunny Los Angeles. All prices are listed in USD. Sales will be made in USD and will be subject to our merchant processor’s and or your credit card company’s conversion rates.
How do I un-wrinkle my robes?
Due to the shipping process, it is common that the robes will arrive wrinkled. There are multiple ways to get rid of the wrinkles: 2. Steaming the robes 3. Iron under light heat
Caution: De-wrinkling chemical spray will stain the robe fabric. Robes shown to have been sprayed will void the return/exchange policy per our published Policies.
Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

Why is PayPal rejecting my order?
We are sorry you are experiencing technical difficulties. Please review your billing and shipping address and ensure you have entered the zip code in the “Postal Code” section. Also check that the state matches correctly. If this does not fix the problem, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Also, your bank's fraud protection maybe holding the charge (especially if it is outside of the US). Please call your banking institution to approve the transaction.

What sizes will fit my bridal party?
We have a size chart linked in each product’s description - Size Chart. If you have any questions, feel free to Contact Us.
Am I able to personalize my order?
Yes of course! Please select your desired product. In the product options, all options are available. If you do not see option you are interested in, please Contact Us to see if we are able to do what you would like.
Can I change the color of the embroidery thread?
YES! We offer a custom thread color change
Are there any additional charges or taxes upon delivery?
In the US, only California shipped orders will be taxed according to our company’s local tax rate (per California State Law). International orders will not be taxed at the time of sale. Every country’s customs duties/charges upon delivery are very different. Please check with your local customs agency/postal service to determine the potential additional costs. Due to the variation among the countries, we are unable to quote you additional fees and those potential costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
I don't live in the US, do you ship internationally?
We will be happy to ship internationally. However, we use the United States Post Office and the cost to ship out of the country is usually more expensive. Unfortunately, we can not offer the Free Shipping to international customers. We are happy to provide a discount on the shipping cost when you order is over $175 to Canada. We currently ship to many countries including Australia, Canada, and the UK. Please add your robes to the cart and use the shipping calculator on the Cart page to calculate your shipping. If your country is not listed in the cart, feel free to Contact Us and we will update the cart with the correct international prices as soon as possible.
